Clarifying Economic Justifications for Government Intervention to Assist Agricultural Adaptation to Climate Change
In the report, Clarifying Economic Justifications for Government Intervention to Assist Agricultural Adaptation to Climate Change, we briefly outline the Policy Choice Framework. We then describe the first component framework, the economic justification framework. Next, we provide some examples to show how this framework can be used to clarify the fundamental economic conditions that may justify government intervention to assist primary industries to adapt to climate change.
